提高输液患者在输液过程中满意度的探讨

摘    要:目的提高患者输液治疗的舒适度以及满意度,提高护理的质量。方法选择2011年6月在我院住院输液的患者100例作为对照组,1~5月的100例的输液患者为观察组,2组住院后结束输液治疗。结果经比较,对输液情况的满意度统计,实验组明显得高于对照组。结论提高对输液患者的护理质量,可以提高他们的满意度,进而提高治疗效果,在临床治疗有较好的实用性。

Investigate the Improve of Satisfaction in Infusion Process
Abstract:Objective To improve the comfort and satisfaction in transfusion process,to improve quality of care.Methods June 2011 in our hospital 100 transfusion patients as control group,from January to May of 100 cases of transfusion patients as the observation group,two hospitalized after the end of the infusion therapy.Results By comparison,infusion of satisfaction statistics,the control group was significantly higher.Conclusion Improve the quality of care for transfusion patients can improve their satisfaction,and thus improve treatment,better treatment in the clinical practicality.
