摘    要:目的探讨低场MRI对膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的诊断及分级价值。方法回顾性分析87例内侧副韧带损伤患者MRI表现,与物理检查、骨科或关节镜手术作对照。结果 87例内侧副韧带损伤中,Ⅰ级损伤12例,Ⅱ级损伤64例,Ⅲ级损伤11例。低场MRI诊断内侧副韧带Ⅱ、Ⅲ级损伤与手术所见符合率分别为97%和100%。结论低场MRI能准确判断内侧副韧带损伤的范围及程度,是内侧副韧带损伤的最佳检查方法。

Abstract:Objective To detect the value of low field MRI on diagnosis and grading of acute medial collateral ligament injury in knee joint.Methods Auther retrospectively detected the feature of 87 patients with acute medial collateral ligament injury in MRI,compared with the feature in physical or procedure of orthopedics operation or arthroscope operation.Results In 87 patients with MCL,12 cases of grade I,64 cases of grade Ⅱ and 11 cases of gradeⅢ.Low field MRI indicated cases of grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ of MCL injury and surgical finding were consistent with rate of 97% and 100%.Conclusion Low field MRI can precisely define the range and extent of medial collateral ligament injury, therefore,this approach is the optimal examination on medial collateral ligament injury.
