国产柱晶白霉素临床疗效观察

摘    要:柱晶白霉素是大环内酯类抗生素对革兰氏阳性细菌、部分革兰氏阴性球菌,钩端螺旋体。立克次体有较强的抗菌活性,尤其是对耐青霉素、红霉素和四环素的金葡球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌有效。 为了解柱晶白霉素的临床疗效,我们于1989年4月至1990年5月间随机治疗79例病人,并以红霉素为对照。其中包括21例化脓性扁桃体炎、36例肺炎、15例淋病、7例泌尿道感染。柱晶白霉素的治愈率分别是90%、77%、43%和0%。细菌阴转率分别是87.5%、80%、85.7%和0%。对于淋病及泌尿道感染,柱晶白霉素的疗效与对照组相同;对于扁桃体炎和肺炎,柱晶白霉素的疗效优于对照组。但柱晶白霉素素组的细菌阴转率与对照组无明显差异。柱晶白霉素组仅3例发生轻度副反应(7.5%)。作者认为,柱晶白霉素对于对本品敏感的细菌所引起的感染是一种有效和安全的抗生素。

Abstract:Leucomycin(LM)is a macrolide antibiotics.lt has strong antibacterial effect against Gram-positive organisms, some Gram-negative coccus, leptospora, rickettsia, especially against pencillin, erythromycin and tetracycline resistant StaPh.. aureus, S hemolyticus and S Pneumoniae, To determine the clinical efficacy of LM in the treatment of various infections, a randomized trial of this drug and condaeted . and erythromycin was used in the control group. 79 patients were admitted into this study,including 21 cases of pyog-enic tonsillitis, 36 cases of pneumonia, 15 cases of gonorrhea, 7 cases of urinary tract infections. The effective rates of LM against these infections -were 90%, 77%, 43% and 0% respectively; and the bacteriological eradication rates were 87.5% ,80%, 85.7% and 0% respectively. The clinical efficacies of LM were the same( gonorrhea and urinary tract infections) or better(tonsillitis and pneumoina) than those of the control group; and the ba teriological eradication rates of LM were the same as those of the control group. Sideeffects occurred only in 3 patients(7.5%).The authors conclude that LM is an effective and safe agent in the treatment of infections caused by organisms sensitive to LM.
