双歧杆菌对实验性大肠癌体内生物学特性的影响

摘    要:本文以大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤为动物模型,观察了青春型双歧杆菌对移植瘤发生与发展的影响。结果表明,和肿瘤对照组相比,双歧杆菌注射组大肠癌移植瘤的生长速度较慢,瘤细胞数量及核分裂像较少,而凋亡细胞数量较多,出血坏死较明显,提示青春型双歧杆菌在体内对大肠癌的生长具有较明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Abstract Depending on the animal model of nude mouse transplantation tumor of colorectal carcinoma,the effects of bifidobacterium adolescents on the development of the tumors were observed. The results showed that in the bifidobacterium injection group the growing rate of the tumors was slower,the number of tumor cells and its division of nuclei was smaller,the number of apoptotic cells was more than that in tumor control group.The results suggested that bifidobacterium adolescentis could obviously inhibit the growth of experimental carcinoma of the large bowel in vivo.
