卵巢癌患者手术前后外周血红细胞C3b受体与T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

目的:探讨原发性卵巢癌患者手术前后外周血红细胞C3b受体花环及T淋巴细胞亚群变化。方法:对78 例卵巢癌患者手术前后进行外周血C3b花环及T淋巴细胞亚群检测并与健康人30例作比较。结果:卵巢癌患者手术前C3b花环率与T细胞亚群中CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8比值明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而CD 8细胞高于正常对照组(P<0.05);手术切除肿瘤2周后,患者C3b花环率、CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8比值均较术前明显升高(P<0.05),CD 8细胞下降(P<0.05)。结论:原发性卵巢癌患者的红细胞及淋巴细胞免疫功能均受到严重抑制,而手术切除癌灶对患者的免疫功能恢复起积极作用,2个免疫系统的改变有密切联系。

ANALYSIS ON THE CHANGES OF PERIPHERAL CELL C3b RECEPTOR AND RED TLYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS BEFORE AND AFTER OPERATION AMONG PATIENTS OF OVARIAN CANCER

Objective:To probe the changes of peripheral red cell C3b receptor rosette formation rate(R-C3bR)and bloodT-lymphocyte subsets(T-LS)among patients with ovarian cancer before and after op-eration.Methods:R-C3bR and T-LS of patients with ovarian cancer was compared with those of healthy persons.The results showed that the R-C3bR,CD 3 ,CD 4 cells and CD 4 /CD 8 ratios in the ovarian cancer pa-tients before operation were significantly lower than that of the healthy controls(P<0.05),and CD 8 cells were higher than that of the healthy controls.Two weaks after the ovarian cancer focus resected,the R-C3dR,CD 3 ,CD 4 cell and CD 4 /CD 8 ratios increased remarkedly compared with the preoperation patients(P<0.05),and CD 8 cells decreased remarkedly.Conclusion:The results indicated that red cell and lymphocyte immune func-tion of patients with ovarian cancer was inhibited heavily and resection of the cancer would be benificial to the immunocompetence of the patients with ovarian cancer.The changes of both systems were closely relat-ed.
