| 摘 要： | 目的实施"督导式"质量控制方法进行护理质量持续改进。方法成立护理质量督导组,由督导员进行督导检查,按照"入科调研-分析评估-查找问题-计划改进-效果评价"的程序实施质量督导,比较督导前后的护理质量和病人满意度。结果实施后20个落后科室的护理质量和病人满意度均提高(P0.05)。结论实施"督导式"护理质量控制方法能促使护士日常工作达到自律状态,利于护理质量的提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the supervisory style of quality control on continuous quality improvement. Methods The supervisory team of quality control was established. The supervisors inspected and supervised the quality of nursing according to the procedure of ＂ investigation into the departments - analysis and assessment - identification of problems - plans for improvement - evaluation of results＂. The quality of nursing and patient satisfaction were compared before and after implementing the supervisory style of quality control. Results After implementing the new method of quality control, the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction in the 20 backward departments were increased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The supervisor＇ style of quality control can make the daily work of nurses in a self - discipline state and is beneficial to improve the quality of nursing. |
