| 摘 要： | 目的研究锌转运体-7(zinc transporter 7,ZNT7)在小鼠视网膜的定位和分布。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测CD-1小鼠视网膜内的ZNT7免疫反应产物的表达。结果ZNT7在小鼠视网膜内分布广泛,在神经节细胞和色素上皮细胞内ZNT7免疫阳性反应产物的表达最丰富,在无长突细胞和视神经纤维层中ZNT7免疫阳性反应产物为中等程度的表达,在内网层、外网层和光感受器外节中ZNT7免疫阳性染色较淡,在外核层和光感受器内节中ZNT7几乎没有表达。结论ZNT7可能在维持视网膜锌稳态过程中起到重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of zinc transporter 7(ZNT7)immunoreactivity in the mouse retina.Method Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the localization of ZNT7 protein in CD-1 mouse retina.Results Strong immunopositive products of ZNT7 were found in the ganglion cells and pigment epithelial cells,and also in the amacrine cells and the layer of optic fibers of mouse retina,with weak immunostaining of ZNT7 protein in the inner plexiform layer,outer plexiform layer and photoreceptor outer segments of mouse retrina,but not expressed in outer nuclear layer and photoreceptor inner segments.Conclusion The broad distributiom of ZNT7 in retina suggests that ZNT7 may play critical roles in zinc homeostasis in the mouse retina. |
