| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿魏酸钠(Sodium ferulate,SF)对HepG2细胞低密度脂蛋白受体(low density lipoproteinreceptor,LDLR)mRNA表达的影响。方法培养HepG2细胞,不同浓度阿魏酸钠干预后,通过RT-PCR技术,半定量检测LDLR mRNA的表达。结果阿魏酸钠100μg/ml可上调HepG2细胞LDLR mRNA表达26%,200μg/ml可上调46%。结论阿魏酸钠具有上调LDLR mRNA表达的作用,且呈量效依赖关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Sodium ferulate(SF) on mRNA expression of low density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR) in HepG2 cells.Methods Gradient concentrations(50-200 μg/ml) of SF were added to the medium and incubated with HepG2 cells.The mRNA expression of LDLR in these cells was measured with semiquantity RT-PCR technique.Results In 100 μg/ml and 200 μg/ml SF groups,the mRNA expression of LDLR was up-regulated by 26% and 46% respectively.Conclusion SF can induce the up-regulation of mRNA expression of LDLR with dose-effect relationship. |
