SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪在浆膜腔积液细胞计数及分类中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪检测浆膜腔积液白细胞计数及分类的可行性。方法使用SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪和显微镜计数两种方法,测定60例患者浆膜腔积液白细胞总数,对31例血细胞分析仪能分类标本进行染色镜检分类,并比较两种检测结果的关系。结果 SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪测定浆膜腔积液中白细胞数的线性好;白细胞数的携带污染率为0.9%;SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪在浆膜腔积液细胞计数时精密性较好;两种方法对于测定白细胞总数和分类有良好的相关性(P均〈0.01)。结论 SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪能直接用于浆膜腔积液标本的细胞计数及分类,简便、快速、精密、准确,为浆膜腔积液细胞计数分类提供了一种可行性方法,但不能完全替代显微镜计数。

Abstract:Objective Study the feasibility of serous effusion leukocyte count and classification with SysmexXS-800i hematology analyzer. Methods SysmexXS-800i hematology analyzer and microscope counting were used to analyze the samples. 60 patients were measured for WBC serous effusion, while 31 cases using classification of hematology analyzer, and the results were compared. Results SysmexXS-800i determination of the number of leukocytes in serous effusions shows good linear relationship.The number of white blood cells carrying rate of 0.9% .SysmexXS-800i in the serous effusion cell count precision is better.Methods for the determination of the total number and classification of white blood cells have a good correlation (P〈O.01). Conclusions SysmexXS-800i can he directly used for serous effusion specimens and the cell count and classification.It is simple,rapid,precise,accurate,and the serous effusion cell count provides a feasible method of classification, but can not completely replace the microscope count.
