摘    要:目的分析增城市2000—2009年艾滋病流行病学特点和流行趋势,为制定有效可行的防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集和整理增城市2000—2009年HIV感染者和AIDS病人疫情监测和哨点监测资料,进行流行病学统计分析。结果增城市2000—2009年累计报告HIV/AIDS59例,其中HIV43例,AIDS16例,死亡8例。增城市艾滋病疫情呈逐渐上升趋势,病例主要集中在新塘镇占49.15%,以流动人口为主占71.19%,20~49岁男性青壮年占89.80%,初中及以下占76.27%;感染途径由以静脉吸毒感染为主转变为以性接触感染为主。结论增城市艾滋病流行形势较为严峻,但疫情相对集中,病例特征较为明显,应重点加强对流动人口和暗娼等高危人群的行为干预。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemiological features and prevalence of AIDS in Zengcheng city and to provide scientific basis for developing effective and feasible control measures.Methods Data concerning the epidemic situation surveillance and sentinel surveillance of HIV infection in Zengcheng city from 2000 to 2009 were collected and analyzed.Results There were 59 HIV/AIDS cases reported from 2000 to 2009 in Zengcheng city,in which 16 HIV cases and 8 death cases were noted.AIDS cases were increased rapidly in Zengcheng city.Most of the cases were found in Xintang town(49.15%) and the distribution was mainly in the mobile population(71.19%).89.8% were male subjects aged between 20 to 49 years old and their education was at the level of junior middle school or below(76.27%).The mode of transmission was changed from mainly intravenous drug injection to mainly sexual contact.Conclusion The prevalence of AIDS in Zengcheng city was fairly high,but the epidemic situation is relatively restricted in certain population.Mobile population and prostitutes are the high risk groups of infection.
