高血压病患者外周血树突状细胞亚群的变化

摘    要:目的研究高血压病患者外周血树突状细胞(DCs)的表达情况及其在高血压病发生发展过程中的作用。方法用流式细胞仪四色荧光标记技术检测29例高血压病(HT)患者(实验组)及31例非高血压患者(对照组)外周血树突状细胞亚群的比例及数量,评价组间差异,并分析高血压病患者外周血浆细胞样树突状细胞(pDC)与血压(blood pressure,BP)的关系。结果高血压病(HT)患者与血压正常患者相比,外周血中髓样树突状细胞(mDC)比例(7.917±4.296)‰比(8.18±5.669)‰]及绝对数(6.971±2.115)×107/L比(7.123±5.387)×107/L]均降低,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。而浆细胞样树突状细胞(pDC)比例(1.239±0.669)‰比(1.897±0.859)‰]及绝对数(1.794±2.244)×107/L比(2.819±4.997)×107/L]明显升高,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),高血压病患者的外周pDC数量与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均成呈正相关关系(r=0.424及0.487,P〈0.05),pDC比例与SBP、DBP无明显相关(P〉0.05)。结论高血压病的发生发展中存在着炎症反应和免疫活化,树突状细胞可能在该过程中发挥一定的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the development of circulating dendritic cells (DCs) in patients with hypertension (HT).Methods The proportion and frequency of DCs subpopulation in peripheral blood in 29 cases of patients with HT and 31 non-HT subjects were analyzed by flow cytometry using four-color fluorescent markers.Correlation between the peripheral blood dendritic cells and blood pressure was also analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,mDC in the HT group was decreased and the degree of reduction was not significant The proportion(8.18±5.669)‰ vs(7.917±4.296)‰ and the absolute frequency(7.123±5.387)×107/L vs(6.971±2.115)×107/L,P0.05].pDC in the HT group was significantly increased The proportion(1.239±0.669)‰ vs(1.897±0.859)‰),the absolute frequency(1.794±2.244)×107/L vs(2.819±4.997)×107/L,and P0.05].Furthermore,the absolute frequency of pDC was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in patients with hypertension (r=0.424 and 0.487 respectively,P0.05).There was no correlation between pDC and SBP/DBP(P0.05).Conclusion There are inflammation and immune activation in the process of HT,furthermore,DCs obviously play a role in this process.
