广州市番禺区法定传染病网络直报质量的比较分析

目的比较分析广州市番禺区2005年和2010年法定传染病网络直报情况,掌握网络疫情直报的质量,为进一步完善网络疫情直报提供依据。方法对从《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中的《疾病监测信息报告管理》子系统中获取的2005年和2010年传染病网络直报相关指标进行比较分析。结果 2010年各级各类医疗卫生机构总数、网络覆盖率和社区卫生服务中心（站）在卫生机构中所占的比例均较2005年有所上升;乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心报卡所占比例较2005年明显上升,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;从医生诊断到直报卡平均时间由2005年的3.14d下降为2010年的0.18d。填写卡片不完整、逻辑错误、重复报卡情况明显减少,但仍有发生。结论网络直报系统的使用,极大地提高了疫情报告的时效性,但仍须进一步完善传染病报告管理工作的长效机制,全面提升疫情报告质量。

A comparative analysis on the quality of the direct report in network of legal communicable disease of Panyu district of Guangzhou city

Objective To perform a comparative analysis on the quality of the direct report in network of legal communicable disease of Panyu district in Guangzhou in 2005 and 2010,understand the quality of the direct reporting of the legal communicable disease in the network,and provide the basis for further improvement of the system.Methods Reported disease cases in years 2005 and 2010 were obtained from ＂Management Information Reporting Disease Surveillance System＂ in the ＂China Disease Prevention and Control Information System＂ for the comparative analysis.Results In 2010,the total reported cases in all grades and classes of medical institutes,and the portion reported in network covered health centers were more than those in 2005.There was a significant increase in the reported cases in health institutes and health centers when compared with those in 2005.The time from diagnosis to reporting the cases was shortened from 3.14 days in 2005 to 0.18 day in 2010.However,incomplete records,logical errors,and repeated reports were reduced,but sometimes happened.Conclusion Because of using the internet-based report system for the infectious diseases,the timeliness of disease reporting has been greatly improved.Government should further improve the management and the quality of infectious diseases reporting system to control the epidemic of infectious diseases.
