清城区2001-2010年儿童免疫规划接种率调查

目的了解清远市清城区免疫规划现状,加强免疫规划工作,为有效提高免疫规划接种率提供依据。方法采取组群抽样方法每年在全区范围内确定30个抽样单位,对每个抽样单位进村入户随机调查7名适龄儿童,连续10年。结果 2001-2010年每年建卡率和建证率均保持在很高水平;＂四苗＂单苗接种率均保持在95%以上,＂四苗＂全程接种率从2002年起明显提高,并维持在96%以上;＂五苗＂全程接种率由2007年的92%提高到2008年的94%;＂六苗＂全程接种率在2009、2010年均达89%。结论 10年来,清城区儿童免疫规划状况较好,建卡、建证和免疫工作较扎实,但还存在一些不足需要不断完善和巩固。

Analysis of the immunization coverage rate survery from 2001 to 2010 in Qingcheng district

Objective To understand the immunization program status of Qingcheng district in Qingyuan City, and provide scientific basis for improving immunization coverage rate. Method Every year 7 children were interviewed from one random sampling unit and there were 30 random sampling units in Qingcheng district, and total of 2 100 children were interviewed from 2001 to 2010. Results The immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT and MV were increased from 2002, which was over 96%. The immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV and JE were increased from 92% in 2007 to 94% in 2008, the immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV and JE reached 94% in 2009 and 2010. Conclusion Immunization status in Qingcheng was good from 2001 to 2010 and some weakness mtlst be strengthened.
