2095例狂犬病暴露者疫苗接种依从性分析

目的分析狂犬病暴露者疫苗接种依从性的现状,为今后提高依从性提供科学依据。方法将新会区疾病预防控制中心门诊部2009年因犬伤就诊的病人进行登记,并将就诊记录用Excel2003建立数据库,进行依从性的统计分析。结果共接诊2095例狂犬病暴露者,全程接种人群1546人,疫苗接种依从性为73.79%。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级暴露患者的依从性分别为90.48%、69.84%、84.15%,前三针的依从性较高,第四针后明显下降。Ⅲ级暴露者的接种依从性最好,Ⅱ级暴露者最差（χ2=45.84,P〈0.05）。疫苗接种者中儿童的依从性最好,青壮年人群的依从性最差。城区居民的疫苗接种依从率高于农村（χ2=16.83,P〈0.05）。不依从者主要是不按时进行接种。结论新会区狂犬病暴露者疫苗接种的依从性还有待提高。

Analysis of compliance for rabies vaccination

Objective To study the basic conditions of vaccination compliance in rabies exposures and to provide scientific data for improving compliance.Methods The basic information of rabies vaccination from the Center for Disease Prevention and Control of Xinhui in 2009 was analyzed using EXCEL 2003 software.Results 2 095 cases of rabies exposures were analyzed and the vaccination compliance rate was 73.79%.The compliance rate of level-I,II and III was 90.48%,69.84% and 84.45%,respectively.The compliance rate was high for the first 3 injections,and then reduced significantly after the third injection.The compliance rate was high in children and the also in the residents living in the town areas.Conclusion The compliance rate of rabies vaccination in Xinhui has to be improved in the future.
