住院患者跌倒情况回顾性分析

目的 探究住院患者跌倒的原因、规律及其与跌倒严重程度分级之间的相关性,为预防住院患者跌倒提供有效管理策略.方法 回顾性分析2011年1月-2015年12月期间发生跌倒的19例患者,从患者一般资料,跌倒危险因素评估(高危、非高危),以及其他(宣教、陪护、环境)等多方面原因分析,查找之间的规律,并查找发生日、时点、年龄、住院时间的集中趋势,并分析跌倒高危与跌倒严重程度之间的相关性.结果 住院患者的跌倒发生与年龄、发生时间、人力因素密切相关,环境、疾病、药物因素也很关键.结论 对住院患者进行跌倒高危风险评估,并对非高危患者加强监控及宣教,可降低住院患者跌倒的发生率.

Retrospective Analysis of Hospitalized Patients' Falls

Objective To explore the reasons and the regularity of the fall in the hospitalized patients and its correlation with severity classification, and to provide effective management strategies for preventing falls.Methods This paper retrospectively analyzes the 11 patients who fell from January 2014 to December 2015, and expounds the reasons from such aspects as patients' age, gender, disease, department, nursing assessment and other dimensions, including education, escort, environment and so on.The paper attempts to find the rule of patients' falls, the tendency in time, location, and time of hospitalization of the falls, and the correlation between high-risk and severity of the falls.Results The falls in hospitalized patients are closely related to age, time of fall and human factors.Environment, disease, and drug use are also important reasons.Conclusion Assessing the risk factors of hospitalized patients' falls and enhancing the monitoring and education of non-high-risk patients can reduce the incidence of fall in hospitalized patients.
