某部官兵健康影响因素分析

目的：调查某部官兵的健康状况及影响因素。方法采用典型性整群抽样的方法，用自行设计的军队人员健康状况及卫生服务需求调查表对603名官兵进行问卷调查。结果官兵的两周患病率为32．1％，半年内慢性病患病率为9．6％。多因素 logistic 回归分析结果显示，两周是否患病的影响因素为年龄、文化程度、饮酒频率，以及训练前是否有防护知识教育；半年内是否患慢性病的影响因素为年龄。结论官兵的健康状况不是很乐观，应加强某部队基层卫生机构的建设，对官兵的健康状况持续关注，并根据其健康状况的影响因素制定相应防治措施，如加强健康卫生知识教育与训练前的防护教育等。

Factors Analysis of Health Status of PLA Force Personnel

Objective To investigate the health status and its influencing factors of PLA Rocket Force per -sonnel.Methods By typical cluster sampling, a total of 603 people was investigated with the self -designed questionnaire of military personnel health status and health service needs .Results The two -week prevalence of diseases was 32.1%, and the prevalence of chronic diseases within half a year was 9.57%.The influencing factors for the two -week prevalence rate of disease were age , education level, frequency of alcohol consumption and pro -tection knowledge education received before training , while for the prevalence of chronic diseases within half a year the age was the only influencing factor .Conclusion The health status of PLA Rocket Force personnel was rela -tively poor.Therefore, construction of primary health care institutions in PLA Rocket Force should be strength -ened, and continuous attention should be paid to the health status of PLA Rocket Force personnel .Besides, there is a need to put forward targeted measures according to the influencing factors of health status , such as strengthe-ning the health education and pre -training protection education.
