医院集中岗前培训流程再造

摘    要:岗前培训是医院人才培养的首要环节和重要途径,是新员工入职打基础的良好开端,科学、规范、有效的岗前培训流程对提高新员工的素质,尽快熟悉适应岗位要求行之有效.本文从当前医院离职率高、进出人员多,培训不到位等现状入手,分析传统岗前培训方式存在的缺陷,探讨新形势下的岗前培训模式,分别从岗前培训制定计划、组织实施进行归纳和总结,提出医院集中岗前培训流程构建合理化建议.

Abstract:Pre-job training is the first link and important method of personnel training. It is also a good starting point of new employee. Scientific, normative and efficient pre-job process can improve quality of new em-ployees and help them adapt to the post as soon as possible. This article began with the current situation of high turnover rate and inefficient training. It analyzed the defects of traditional pre-job training and discussed pre-job training mode under the new situation. In addition, it comprehensively analyzed and summarized from planning, or-ganization and implementation. Eventually it provided reasonable suggestions on the procedure structure of the is-sues.
