Approaches for Hospital Medical Department Cadres to Inspect and Guide Primary Department Medical Work

Inspection and guidance for the medical work of departments is an important part of management functions of hospital authority and an essential way for hospital cadres to improve themselves.Through inspection and guidance,in-depth contact with department officers and face to face communication with basic medical staff,many problems could be found,analyzed and settled promptly.Also,hospital cadres could master the first-hand materials in time by this way,providing reliable accordance for policy-making.Combined with the work experience in hospital authority,the author summarized four approaches,including "listen,look,check and help",for hospital cadres to inspect and guide primary department medical work.
