部队医院聘用医务人员系统性心理健康维护

目的探讨系统性维护心理健康策略与部队医院聘用医务人员心理健康水平在干预前后的变化关系。方法选取填写症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查问卷方式,对某部队医院312名聘用医务人员的统计数据进行分析。结果聘用医务人员SCL-90总均分和躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、敌对、精神病性等评分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);引入系统性心理健康维护措施1年来,总均分及躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等评分均较1年前降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论部队医院应用系统性心理健康维护策略可有效提高聘用医务人员心理健康水平。

Systematic Mental Health Maintenance of Contract Medical Personnel in a Military Hospital

Objective To investigate the change of mental health status after systematic mental health maintenance among the contract medical personnel in a military hospital.Meetotis The symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90) was used to survey 312 contract healthcare personnel in a military hospital.Results The total average score and scores of somatization,obsessivecompulsive behavior,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobe and psychosis before intervention were significantly higher than the current national norms(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between the score of paranoid ideationand the national norms (P＞0.05).The total average score and scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive behavior,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobe and psychosis became significantly lower after intervention (P＜0.05).Conclusion The mental health of medical staff in a military hospital can be effectively improved by applying mental health maintenance.
