摘    要:目的研究电子对抗部队电磁辐射岗位军人神经行为功能的变化,分析电磁辐射对官兵健康的潜在危害。方法选取某电子对抗部电磁辐射岗位作业官兵120人为暴露组,选择非电磁暴露岗位官兵120人对照组,采用问卷调查的方式,研究官兵神经衰弱自觉症状和神经行为功能情况。结果神经衰弱自觉症状中,暴露组头晕、头痛、失眠、耳鸣、记忆力减退、易疲劳、脱发、心慌等症状发生率显著高于对照组(P0.05);神经行为测试中,暴露组紧张-焦虑、疲劳-惰性和慌乱-困惑等3项情感状态测试得分明显高于对照组(P0.01),另外,暴露组数字跨度、数字译码等两项得分均与对照组差异显著(P0.05)。结论电磁辐射岗位的作业人员神经行为发生功能障碍,可能与电磁辐射暴露密切相关,工作中应加强电磁辐射暴露人群健康防护。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of neurobehavioral functions of the electronic warfare staff exposed to electromagnetic radiation.Methods A total of 217 subjects(exposed group,n =107;non-exposed group,n=110) were observed in the study.Questionnaires and neurobehaviorai core test battery (NCTB) were used to examine the subjects exposed to electromagnetic radiation and the controls.Results Compared with the controls,the rates of neurasthenia symptoms of the exposure group,such as dizziness,headache,insomnia,tinnitus,memory loss,fatigue,hair loss and palpitation were significandy increased (P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the scores of mood,such as tension-anxiety,fatigue-inertia,and confusion-haziness,and in the scores of behavior,such as digit span and digit symbol(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Electromagnetic radiation has adverse effects on the neurobehavioral functions of the exposed population.Measures of protection against electromagnetic radiation should be made more effective.
