某"三甲"医院员工健康体检结果分析

目的 了解某"三甲"医院工作人员健康现状,以便采取针对性干预措施.方法 对某"三甲"医院1176名工作人员体检数据进行汇总分析.结果 ①某院职工的主要健康问题是超重/肥胖、脂肪肝、高血尿酸、肝功能异常及血脂异常,检出率均随年龄的增长呈上升趋势.②主要阳性结果在男性中的检出率明显高于女性.③妇科疾患的检出率在女性医务人员中占有相当比例,前三位为乳腺增生20.2%、妇科炎症12.1%、乳腺结节6.3%.结论 医务人员的健康状况不容乐观,迫切需要加强医务人员的健康教育和行为干预,大力加强健康管理、建立健全健康档案、完善营养膳食干预、积极主动锻炼身体、倡导良好生活方式以及融入心理健康辅导,以增强其自我保健意识,预防疾病的发生,提高医务人员的健康水平.

Analysis on Results of Medical Examination for Medical Staff at a Tertiary Hospital

Objective To study the health state of medical staff at a tertiary hospital so as to take corresponding intervening measures.Methods The medical examination data of 1176 staff were collected and analyzed.Results ①The main health problems of the hospital staff include overweight/obesity, fatty liver, high blood uric acid, liver dysfunction and dyslipidemia.The detection rate rises along with the increase of age.②The main positive results in the male are much higher than those of the female.③The rate of gynecological diseases in female personnel is relatively high.The top three are hyperplasia of mammary glands(20.2%), gynecological inflammation (12.1%) and breast nodules(6.3%).Conclusion Medical staff''s health state is not satisfying.It is urgently necessary to strengthen health education and behavior intervention for medical staff, such as strengthening health management, establishing and improving health records, promoting dietary nutrition intervention, encouraging active exercises, advocating healthy lifestyle and integrating psychological counseling, so as to enhance the consciousness of their own health care, prevent diseases, and improve the health status of medical staff.
