健康管理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征空勤人员睡眠及疗养满意率的影响

目的探讨健康管理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征空勤人员的影响。方法选择来我院保健疗养、经多导睡眠检测仪监测诊断患有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的185名空勤人员作为研究对象,按自愿原则分为干预组(102人)和对照组(83人)。干预组采用健康管理模式,对照组采用正常疗养模式。对比两组空勤人员疗养满意率、体质评分及睡眠状况。结果干预组总体疗养满意率为99.0%,对照组总体疗养满意率为89.2%;干预组的体质指数为(23.12±6.35)kg/m2,对照组的体质指数为(25.67±6.23)kg/m2;干预组的睡眠状况评分为(16.12±2.37)分,对照组的睡眠状况评分为(20.54±2.19)分。各组数据对比差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论实施一系列健康管理措施能够有效改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征空勤人员的睡眠状况,提高疗养满意率。

Influence of Health Management on Pilot Crews with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS)

Objective To investigate the effect of health management on pilot crews with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS).Methods One hundred and eighty-five pilot crews diagnosed with OSAS by the polysomnography detector during rehabitation were enrolled as subjects.They were divided into two groups based on their inclination:the study group and the control group.The study group was cared under the health management model while the control group under the routine management model.The satisfaction rate,body mass index(BMI) and sleep state scores were analysed.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher that of the control group.BMI and sleep state scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The satisfaction rate,BMI and sleep state scores were significantly different between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Health management measures can help improve the sleep state and satisfaction rate of pilot crews with OSAS by enhancing the body function of pilots and safety of flight.
