音乐疗法对口腔种植患者围手术期中的作用分析

目的 探讨音乐疗法在口腔种植患者围手术期中的作用.方法 采用便利抽样的方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月某军队医院行种植手术的93例患者,按入院日期单双号分为对照组和实验组(单号为实验组,双号为对照组),对照组(47例):术前宣教,手术期护理,术后宣教,出院后指导;实验组(46例):在传统做法的基础上给予音乐疗法.结果 患者术后焦虑评分、术中心率、疼痛及患者因素手术中断次数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P≤0.05);近期种植成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 音乐疗法降低患者围手术期的不适感,促进口腔种植手术的顺利进行,值得推广.

Effect Analysis of Music Therapy in Dental Implanting Patients During Operative Period

Objective To explore the effect of music therapy on the patients with the oral implant prosthesis during operative period. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 93 cases of implanted pa-tients in a military hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 and divided them into two groups based on the date of admission( the single number as experimental group, and even number as control group ) . The control group(47 ca-ses), received routine nursing care in operative period and the experimental group(46 cases), received music thera-py on the basis of traditional practice. Results The score of anxiety in the experimental group were significantly less than the control group after operation(P≤0. 05),and the level of HR,NRS and stopping in operation due to the pa-tients in music therapy group were significantly lower than those in control group(P≤0. 05);the oral implanting re-cent success rates of two group were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). Conclusion Music therapy can reduce discomfort and is good for the oral implant prosthesis during operative period, which is worth spreading.
