考核性卫勤演练组织探讨

目的 探讨新的卫勤保障演练考核组织模式在实践中应用的效果. 方法 梳理归纳野战医疗所卫勤保障演练考核模式的经验,分析传统卫勤演练一直存在的问题,设计新模式下卫勤保障演练的组织机构、训练安排、考核实施等,组织完成演练关键工作,总结新模式的优势与不足. 结果 新的演练考核模式提升现阶段的卫勤训练质量,丰富卫勤演练内涵,较为全面地考量队员的综合卫勤保障能力,但仍有完善的空间. 结论 对卫勤保障演练考核组织模式进行有益探索,结论和经验有较强借鉴意义.

Organization of Medical Support Exercise for Appraisal

Objective To explore a new organization mode of medical support exercises for appraisal in the practical application.Methods The experience of medical support exercise appraisal model of field hospital was summed up, and the problems existing in the traditional medical exercises were analyzed.The research designed a new pattern including organization, training and evaluation, and then summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the new model.Results The new model improved the present medical training quality, enriched the connotation of the medical exercises, and evaluated the comprehensive ability of a medical support team.However, there was still room to improve.Conclusion The study of organization mode of medical support exercise for appraisal is a beneficial exploration, and its conclusion and experience can serve as significant reference.
