Correction of Postoperative Secondary Nasal Deformities After Unilateral Cleft Lip Repair by a Modified Tajima's Incision

Objective To explore a new surgical method for correcting postoperative secondary nasolabial deformity after cleft lip repair in order achieve a better postoperative effect.Methods The classical Tajima incision was modified.Results The study found that the new incision method was more effective than the original incision method,and that the postoperative effect was more enduring.Conclusion The modified Tajima incision is a feasible surgical method,which can offer more clinical options.
