南京市属三级医院志愿服务现状调查

目的 了解南京市属三级医院志愿服务开展现状,为建立本土化的医院志愿服务管理体系和模式提供相关依据.方法 设计调查问卷,对南京市属的三级医院志愿服务现状以及志愿者参与志愿服务情况进行调查,利用SPSS软件对数据进行统计学处理.结果 南京市属三级医院均开展志愿服务活动,提供辅助就医、病房陪伴、健康咨询等服务,并有相关职能科室参与管理,但在创新志愿服务项目、拓宽志愿服务领域,推进志愿服务规范化、常态化的过程中还存在困难和问题.志愿者参与志愿服务热情高,但服务能力低,有效时间覆盖面少,存在参与阻力,影响医院志愿服务发展.结论 南京市属医院应结合南京高校资源丰富等优势,并结合院内外志愿者自身特点,健全医院志愿服务管理机制,突出卫生特色,合理规划项目,加强培训,适应医院志愿服务发展需要.

Volunteer Service Survey and Analysis of Nanjing Tertiary Hospitals

Objective To understand the status quo of the development of the volunteering services at level-three municipal hospitals of Nanjing in order to provide relevant evidence for establishing localized management systems and models for hospital volunteering services.Methods The status quo of the volunteering services at municipal level-three hospitals of Nanjing, as well as the participation of volunteers were investigated by questionnaire.The data were statistically processed using SPSS software.Results The municipal level-three hospitals of Nanjing all hosted volunteering activities, offered services such as iatric visit assistance, guided medical treatments, health consultation, etc.The corresponding functional departments also participated in the management.However, there still existed difficulties and problems in the development of volunteering services and the advancing process of their standardization and normalization.Volunteers demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm but a low level of service ability, low coverage of effective time, and an overall obstruction in their participation.Conclusion The municipal hospitals of Nanjing should combine advantages like the rich resource of college students and the idiosyncrasies of the volunteers so as to perfect the management mechanism of hospital volunteering services, strengthen training, plan projects reasonably, and accommodate the need of hospitals in developing volunteering services.
