心血管手术ICU准备备忘表的应用

目的 探讨自制的《心血管手术ICU准备备忘表》在心脏外科监护室中的应用效果.方法 根据患者一般信息、监护准备、用物准备、药物准备等内容整合设计成备忘表,由责任护士逐项落实,责任组长进行核查.结果 应用备忘表后,物品准备时间,术后接手术时间缩短(P<0.05),物品准备合格率,医护满意度均提高(P<0.05).结论 应用心血管手术ICU准备备忘表,使术后物品准备更齐全、更规范、更省时,提高临床工作效率,保证护理质量,值得临床推广.

Application of Preparedness Memo Table for Cardiovascular Surgery in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made preparedness memo table for cardiovascular surgery in cardiac intensive care unit(ICU).Methods According to the general information of the patient, the preparation of the guardianship, the preparation of the materials, the preparation of the drugs and so on, ICU preparedness memo table was designed.The nurses on duty apply the table into practice, and the team leader carry out the verification.Results The time of preparation and the time of transferrence were shortened (P<0.05), and the preparation passing rate and medical care satisfaction were improved (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of preparedness memo table for cardiovascular surgery makes the preparation more complete, standardized and time-saving, so it can improve clinical efficiency and ensure quality of care, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
