172名空军飞行人员口腔疾病调查与分析

目的了解空军飞行人员的口腔疾病状况,为进行空军飞行人员口腔健康干预提供依据。方法以全军第四次口腔健康调查标准为参照,设定空军飞行人员口腔疾病调查标准,对健康疗养的空军飞行人员采用分层整群调查,利用Fox Pro 6.0软件建立数据库,SPSS 19.0软件进行统计描述分析。结果172名空军飞行人员患龋率67.4%,牙周健康率16.3%,第三磨牙阻生齿检出率37.8%,楔缺和病理性磨损检出率分别为11.0%和44.2%。服役年限超过8年和8年以内的空军飞行人员患龋率(χ~2=0.017,P=0.897)和龋均(t=0.777,P=0.438)差异无统计学意义;牙周健康率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.588,P=0.018);第三磨牙阻生齿检出率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.186,P=0.041);牙齿楔缺检出率(χ~2=4.588,P=0.032)、病理性磨损检出率(χ~2=4.062,P=0.044)差异有统计学意义。结论空军飞行人员的口腔健康状况有待提高,需要加强空军飞行人员的口腔健康预防和口腔疾病早期诊断治疗,促进空军飞行人员的口腔健康水平。

Investigation of Oral Disease in 172 Air Force Pilots

Objective To find out about oral disease in air force pilots and to provide reference for oral health intervention in air force pilots.Methods According to the Standard for the Forth Survey on Oral Health of PLA,the investigation standard for oral disease in air force pilots was established to investigate the oral health of 172 air force pilots who were under recuperation using the method of stratified-cluster random sampling.FoxPro 6.0 was used to establish the database,and SPSS 19.0 to describe and analyze the data.Results Among the 172 air force pilots,the incidence was 67.4％ for caries,16.3％ for periodontal health,37.8％ for third molar impaction,11.0％ for wedge-shaped defect,and 44.2％ for pathological tooth wear.Chi-Square Test and T Test showed that there was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05)in the incidence of periodontal health,third molar impaction,wedge-shaped defect and pathological tooth wear between the group of pilots who had served more than 8 years and those who had served less than 8 years,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of caries and mean DMFT value.Conclusion Oral health of air force pilots needs to be improved.Prevention of oral disease and early diagnosis and treatment need to be enhanced to improve the oral health status of air force pilots.
