SWOT Analysis of Private Hospital in Wenzhou

Objective To put forward the development strategies on private hospitals in Wenzhou,by comprehensively analyzing the internal and external environment factors.Methods The SWOT analysis method was adopted to analyze the private hospitals' internal strength,weakness,external opportunity and threats.Results Private hospitals was oriented by social requirement,and its marketing method was variety.Opportunities like the improved policy environment and people's medical demand diversity are also very prominent.Meanwhile,the private hospitals also face some disadvantages and challenges in development such as high demission rate of medical staffs,lack of talent of higher-diploma,low confidence in the authorities,the decrease in transient pop1ulation etc.Conclusion Private hospitals should pay attention to the construction of personnel and hospital culture,promote treatment ability and popular trust.In addition,the relevant government should implement supportive policies to create a fair competitive environment.
