磁性医院理念在医院管理中的应用

目的 了解磁性医院的发展过程、特点和评审标准,提出磁性医院对于我国医院管理的意义以及应用.方法采用文献归纳的方法,以磁性医院以及医院管理为关键词共检索30余篇文献.结果与结论通过对国外磁性医院理念及评估指标的理解,分析磁性医院理念在我国医院的应用前景,并为我国医院管理提出四点启示:①以人为本,提高员工满意度;②多学科合作,提供优质服务;③建立科学管理体系,提高医疗质量;④合理使用管理模式,调动医务人员积极性.

Application of Magnet Hospital in Hospital Management

Objective This paper summarized the development, characteristics and evaluation criteria of magnet hospitals, and put forward its significance and application in hospital management in China.Methods Literature review method was used.A total of over 30 related papers were retrieved with magnet hospital and hospital management as the key words.Results and Conclusion By exploring the concept and evaluation criteria of magnet hospitals in other countries, this paper analyzed the application prospect of magnet hospital in China''s hospital management and provided four enlightening aspects: firstly, human-oriented ideology should be adopted to improve employees'' satisfaction;secondly, multi-disciplinary collaboration should be enhanced to provide quality services;thirdly, scientific management system should be established to promote quality of medical care;fourthly, rational management model should be applied to stimulate the staff''s enthusiasm.
