摘    要:针对军队医院绩效评价系统数据采集及测算过程中遇到的问题,从信息孤岛、系统终端操作,以及后台信息维护等三个方面,分析归纳医院信息化建设,尤其是数据利用中的数据源问题.解决这些问题,医院信息化必须要顶层设计、加强数据质量监管,以及对系统操作人员,包括数据管理与分析人员进行规范化培训,才能使更高层面的数据互联互通或大数据应用落到实处.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems in data collection and measurement of performance evaluation system in a military hospital, this paper analyzed and summarized the current information construction, especially data source problems existing in data utilization, from three aspects, which are information isolated island, system terminal operation and information maintenance of background system.It is proposed that, to solve these problems, the informatization of a hospital should be strengthened through top-down design, enhanced monitoring of data quality and standardized training of system operators and data management and analysis personnel, so that a higher-level data interoperability or big data application could be realized.
