数字疼痛分级法在腹股沟疝日间手术患者镇痛护理中的应用效果分析

目的探讨数字疼痛分级法(NRS)在腹股沟疝日间手术患者镇痛护理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年6月-2015年6月择期行腹股沟疝无张力修补日间手术的100例,按护理方法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用NRS评分法指导镇痛护理。比较2组术后镇痛药物使用率、手术前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疼痛对睡眠的影响及患者满意度。结果观察组术后镇痛药物使用率低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组术后疼痛不影响睡眠率和总满意率均高于对照组(P0.05)。2组术后SAS、SDS评分较术前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 NRS评分指导镇痛护理能明显降低日间手术患者术后镇痛药物使用率,改善患者睡眠质量及不良情绪,患者满意度高。

Application of NRS in Analgesic Nursing of Day Surgery Patients with Inguinal Hernia

Objective To explore the applicability of numerical rating scale (NRS) in analgesic nursing of patients with inguinal hernia undergoing day surgery.Methods One hundred patients with inguinal hernia undergoing day surgery between June 2014 and June 2015 were equally divided into observation group and control group according to the nursing method.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given analgesic nursing by NRS method.The amount of postoperative analgesics used,preoperative and postoperative SDS scores and SAS scores,and the effect of pain on sleep and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups at different time points after operation.Results The utilization rate of postoperative analgesics in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P＜0.05),the rates of pain that did not affect sleep and total satisfaction of patients in observation group after operation were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05),postoperative SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than the preoperative ones,especially in observation group (P＜0.05).Conclusion NRS guided analgesic nursing can significantly reduce the use of postoperative analgesics,improve the sleep quality and negative emotion in patients undergoing day surgery.
