改进型护理措施在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术患者围术期中的应用

目的探讨改进型护理措施在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术患者中的应用。方法 2014年10月至2016年1月,采用便利抽样法选取在川北医学院附属医院心胸外科接受胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术的52例患者为研究对象。基于文献研究、专家"头脑风暴"和临床经验,提出并实施改进型的围术期护理措施。结果患者住院时间为(13.73±2.05)d,术后留置胸腔引流管时间为(1.72±0.91)d,术后72h术侧上肢功能恢复程度为(5.1±2.3)cm,术后开始进食时间为(1.99±1.59)d;其中2例(3.8%)发生切口感染,1例(1.9%)发生吻合口瘘,2例(3.8%)出现腹胀。经治疗和护理后,52例患者均康复出院。结论探索有效的胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术围术期护理配合方案,有助于提高临床护理效果,促进患者康复。

The Application of Modified Perioperational Nursing Care in Patients with Laparothoracoscopy Combined with Esophagectomy

Objective To discuss the application of modified perioperational nursing care in patients with laparothoracoscopy combined with esophagectomy.Methods By convenience sampling,52 patients who un-dergone aparothoracoscopy combined with esophagectomy were selected from October 2014 to January 2016.Based on literature review,experts "brain-storming"and clinical experience,modified perioperational nursing care interventions were established and applied in the selected patients.Results The average hospi-talization time was (13.73±2.05)d,the indwelling time of thoracic drain tube was (1.72 ±0.91 )d,the re-covery range of the 72-h postoperative rehabilitation on the operational side were(5.1 ± 2.3 )cm,and the time for resuming oral food intake was (1.99±1.59)d.Among the 52 patients,incision infection occurred in 2 patients (3.8%),anastomotic fistula occurred in 1 patient (1.9%),abdominal distention occurred in 2 patients (3.8%).All the 52 patients discharged with good recovery after treatment and nursing care.Con-clusion The application of modified perioperational nursing care in patients with laparothoracoscopy com-bined with esophagectomy can help to improve the clinical effect and facilitate patients'rehabilitation.
