某疗养院体检人员检后咨询调查

目的 分析杭州某部队疗养院体检机构3年网络健康咨询数据,探讨体检人群的咨询规律,为制定规范化、标准化的网络咨询模板提供依据,提高健康咨询质量.方法 收集该体检机构3年网络健康咨询数据,并进行描述性分析.结果 网络咨询者中不同年龄层次、不同性别之间的差异有统计学意义,其中26~35岁组年龄段人群网络健康咨询女性人数明显高于男性;56~65岁组、66~81岁组年龄段人群男性人数明显高于女性(χ2=50.599,P<0.05);26~35岁组年龄段人群网络咨询次数最多占39.97%.对前5位网络咨询项目排序及各年龄段分布进行分析,发现咨询问题排在前五位的依次为生化指标1172人(占17.71%)、B超1136人(占17.17%),血常规811人(占12.26%),幽门螺杆菌检测535人(占8.09%)胸部正侧位片357人(占5.40%).分析结果显示,B超、血常规、幽门螺杆菌检测、胸部正侧位四类网络咨询项目,不同年龄段之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.241、χ2=39.782、χ2=18.579、χ2=52.781,P<0.05).结论 不同年龄、性别、健康状况的网络咨询者,咨询内容存在差异,应根据不同人群的咨询需求,建立个性化的健康咨询方案,提高咨询质量.

A Retrospective Analysis on Network Health Consultation in Physical Examination Population in Certain Sanatorium

Objective Analyze 3 years of network health consulting data of certain military physical ex-amination organization in Hangzhou, explore the main health problems of the physical examination population, to provide the basis for the standardization of the network advisory template, and improve the quality of health con-sultation. Methods Collect 3 years of network health consulting data of a physical examination organization for descriptive analysis. Results The results showed that there were significant differences among the different age levels and genders. Among age group of 26 to 35 years old, there was a significant difference in the gender differ-ences in network health counseling, and the female was significantly higher than that of the male. Among age groups of 56 to 65 years old and above 66 years old, men was significantly higher than that of female. (χ2 =50. 599,P<0. 05). Group of 26 to 35 years old had the largest number of network consulting, accounted for 39. 97%. The top 5 network consulting project scheduling and the age distribution was analyzed, which were:1172 cases of biochemical indexes(17. 71%), 1136 cases of B - ultrasound(17. 17%), 811 cases of blood routine examination (12. 26%), 535 cases of Helicobacter pylori detection(8. 09%) 357 cases of chest radio-graphs(5. 4%). The analysis results showed that there were statistically significant differences between different ages(χ2 =27. 241、χ2 =39. 782、χ2 =18. 579、χ2 =52. 781,P<0. 05) in four network consulting projects: B -ultrasound, blood routine examination, Helicobacter pylori detection, chest radiographs . Conclusion Network consultants of different ages, genders and health status have different consulting content. According to the differ-ences between different groups, personalized health counseling program should be established, in order to im-prove the quality of the network.
