快速康复护理在介入支架联合手术治疗老年恶性肠梗阻患者中的应用

目的探讨快速康复护理在介入支架联合手术治疗老年恶性肠梗阻(malignant bowl obstruction,MBO)患者中的应用方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选择2015年4月至2016年10月在上海市浦东新区公利医院普外科住院的的80例老年MBO患者为研究对象,按入院先后将80例患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,分别给予常规护理和快速康复护理,记录并比较两组患者的术后下床时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、流质饮食时间、体质量减少情况、住院时间及住院费用。结果两组患者的下床时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、流质饮食时间、体质量减少情况、住院时间及住院费用等,经比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论快速康复护理的应用,有利于缩短介入支架联合手术治疗老年MBO患者的围术期康复时间、减少医疗费用,提高老年患者的生活质量。

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing for Elderly Patients with Malignant Bowl Obstruc-tion Underwent Interventional Stent Combined with Surgery

Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with malignant bowl obstruction (MBO)underwent interventional stent combined with surgery.Methods By convenience sampling,80 cases were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group,and received routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation nurs-ing,respectively.The postoperative ambulation time,initial anal aerofluxus time,initial defecation time, liquid diet time,reduce of body mass,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in two groups were recorded and compared.Results The statistical significances of postoperative ambulation time,initial anal aerofluxus time,initial defecation time,liquid diet time,reduce of body mass,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were found between two groups (all P <0.05 ).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the perioperative period rehabilitation time,reduce the medi-cal expenses,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
