Construction of Online Learning Community in the Training of General Practitioners

Standardized training of general practitioners has been gradually developed and refined in our country.Modern medical education under the concept of "Internet+" is the trend of general medical teaching.According to the trend of general medicine, we have upgraded and improved the online learning community based on the network self-learning platform in the practice and reform of general medicine in order to help enhance the quality of training general practitioners.This paper introduced some advantages and problems of the Online Learning Community and discussed the construction and exploration of Online Learning Community in the training of general practitioners from four aspects, including forms of teaching, learning methods, network self-learning and social skills.
