| 摘 要： | 目的 构建护理操作考核分级评价指标,科学评价护理操作技能,确保患者安全.方法 拟定护理操作技能考核分级评价指标,应用德尔菲法对19名专家进行咨询.结果 通过两轮专家咨询,最终确定15项护理操作技能考核分级评价指标,包括每项操作的核心指标和重要指标.结论 应用德尔菲法构建护理操作技能考核分级评价指标,专家意见的集中程度和对项目评价结果的一致程度均较高,研究结果可信度高,能够为各级教学培训部门科学、合理地评价护理操作技能提供有效的方法和依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To construct a nursing manipulation skills grading evaluation index and to evaluate nursing manipulation skills scientifically so as to ensure the safety of patients.Methods We made an initial draft of nursing manipulation skills exam grading evaluation index and consulted 19 experts by Delphi method.Results The evaluation index of 15 nursing manipulation skills including the core indicators and important indicators of each manipulation skill was determined after two rounds of expert consultation.Conclusion The concentration and consensus degree of experts` views is high.It shows that the credibility of consulting results is also high.This index could provide a scientific, reasonable and effective evaluation method for teaching and training departments. |
