3所军队三级综合医院感染管理现状

目的：调查军队三级综合医院感染管理现状，分析医院感染管理中存在的问题及原因，提出改进对策。方法通过文献查阅、问卷调查、现场检查法调查医院感染管理现状。结果军队三级医院医院感染管理组织设置、制度建设、硬件配套符合规定，存在医院感染管理资金不足，专职人员配备不足，医务人员感染防控意识不高，医院感染管理制度执行不佳的情况。结论理顺医院感染管理“投入－收益”体系，加强医院感染组织体系建设，重视医务人员感染防控知识培训，利用多学科协作决策模式或可提高医院感染管理的水平。

Hospital Infection Management in Three First -class Military General Hospitals

Objective To describe the status of hospital infection management in first -class military gen-eral hospitals, analyze relevant reasons and propose relevant measures .Methods Consulting document, question-naire survey and site investigations were used in the research .Results Most first -class military general hospitals met the requirement of organizational settings , management regulations, and hardware facilities.But there were problems such as lack of funds for hospital infection managemnt ,lack of awareness of infection prevention and con -trol,and the inappropriate implementation of hospital infection management .Conclusion Setting up proper indica-tors of input -output, establishing the supervision system , paying more attention to training, and trying the multi -disciplinary cooperation mode may improve the hospital infection management .
