基于中央空调运行管理谈医院后勤精细化管理

常见节能手段主要有管理节能和技术节能,管理节能是通过对人们日常工作进行合理规范,或对设施设备操作进行合理调整,以实现节约;技术节能一般需要一定的投入.实践证明,管理节能成本低,便于普及,可以取得明显的效果.本文论述和分析医院开展节能的重要意义和医院中央空调运行现状,并根据现状和统计数据,围绕2016年医院中央空调节能目标采取的一系列精细化管理措施和自开展管理节能以来所取得的成效.

Delicacy Management of Logistic Department in Hospitals-Energy-saving Operational Mode of the Air Conditioning

In order to save energy, people usually resort to two methods.One is to improve management by arranging the daily work routine more reasonably and making better use of the facilities and equipments available.The other is to employ advanced technology.Compared with the latter, which often involves large capital investment, the former method has proved in practice to be less costly, more efficient and easier to be popularized.This paper mainly discussed the problems in the central air conditioning system in the People`s Hospital of Hunan Province.This hospital set an energy saving goal based on the present energy consumption situation and relevant statistics in 2016.This paper gave a detailed account of the measures taken to achieve the goal, as well as the effects of these measures, with special emphasis on the significance of saving energy through improving management procedures.
