宫颈癌组织中VEGF、MMP-9表达与微血管密度的关系

摘    要:目的探讨宫颈癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)表达与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法选取行手术切除的81例宫颈病变患者,其中34例宫颈癌患者作为癌症组,47例上皮内瘤变患者作为瘤变组。采用免疫组化法检测各组VEGF、MMP-9表达,并测定MVD,并分析VEGF、MMP-9表达与MVD的关系。结果两组间VEGF、MMP-9表达比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),癌症组阳性率分别为70.59%和79.41%,显著高于瘤变组40.43%和38.30%(P0.05),且癌症组MVD显著高于瘤变组(P0.05)。癌症组Ⅲ期VEGF、MMP-9阳性率及MVD值均显著高于Ⅰ期(P0.05)。癌症组VEGF、MMP-9表达与MVD均存在正相关(r=0.365,0.412,P0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中VEGF、MMP-9表达与MVD存在密切关系,推测可用于宫颈良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationships between the expressions of VEGR,MMP-9 in cervical cancer tissues and microvessel density.Methods Eighty-one cases of patients with cervical lesions who had been treated with resection were selected,among whom there were 37 cases with cervical carcinoma as the cancer group,and another 47 cases with intraepithelial neoplasia as the intraepithelial group.The expressions of VEGF,MMP-9 in each group were detected by immunohistochemistry before the value of MVD were detected,and the clinical relationships between the expressions of VEGR,MMP-9 and the value of MVD were analyzed.Results The difference in the expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the positive rates in the cancer group were 70.59% and 79.41% respectively,which were significantly higher than 40.43% and 38.30% in the intraepithelial group (P<0.05).The MVD value in the cancer group was significandy higher than that in the intraepithelial group (P<0.05).The positive rates of VEGF,MMP-9 and MVD value of patients of stage Ⅲ in the cancer group were significantly higher than those of patients of stage Ⅰ (P<0.05).There were positive correlations between the expressions of VEGF,MMP-9 and the value of MVD in the cancer group (r=0.365,0.412,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 in cervical carcinoma are closely related to the value of MVD,which can be used in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical tumors.
