基于微信的中医延续护理在腰椎间盘突出症出院患者中的应用评价

目的探讨运用微信对腰椎间盘突出症出院患者进行中医延续护理的效果。方法 2015年1-12月,采用目的抽样法选取在江苏省中医院行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例为研究对象。根据数字奇偶性将其分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组进行常规出院健康宣教,观察组在常规出院健康宣教的基础上由中医延续护理成员利用微信提供中医健康教育信息与咨询。比较两组患者在出院3个月复查时的焦虑程度、服药依从性和治疗效果。结果出院3个月后,观察组患者焦虑评分(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、服药依从性、疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)以及康复程度测评结果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论通过微信对腰椎间盘突出症出院患者进行协调、持续的中医延续护理,对改善患者疼痛焦虑症状、提高服药依从性、减轻焦虑症状、提高治疗效果有十分重要的意义,值得推广。

Application Evaluation of TCM Continuing Nursing Care Based on Wechat Among Lumbar Disc Herniation Patients After Discharge

Obj ective To evaluate the effectiveness of Wechat-based traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)continuing nursing care in patients with lumbar disc herniation after discharge.Methods Eighty hospitalized patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted by our department from January to December 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups received routine discharged health education.In addition,the patients in the observation group received additional Wechat-based TCM health information and consultation for three months.Patients'anxiety,medication adherence,and rehabilitation effects were compared be-tween two groups at 3 months after discharge.Results Three months after discharge,the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)score,medication compliance and visual analogue scale(VAS),as well as the rehabilitation effect in observation group were better than those of control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat-based TCM continuing nursing care can achieve good effectiveness in the coordination of discharged patients,TCM continuous nursing can reduce the anxi-ety symptoms and improve medication compliance,which is worthy of promotion.
