简单临床评分在急诊预检分级中的评价

目的 探讨简单临床评分(SCS)在急诊预检分级中的应用效果,以缩短预检分级的时间,减少Ⅰ级极高危患者进入抢救的时间以及提高护士的满意度.方法 通过对照组的传统预检方法和试验组的SCS预检方法,对患者的预检分级时间、Ⅰ级极高危患者进入抢救的时间、预检护士的满意度进行效果评价.结果 试验组SCS预检方法的两组时间以及满意度均优于对照组的传统预检方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 SCS运用于急诊预检分级,不但可以缩短患者预检分级的时间,减少Ⅰ级极高危患者进入抢救的时间,而且在提高预检护士满意度方面效果显著,值得临床推广使用.

Application and Evaluation of Simple Clinical Scoring in the Emergency Triage

Objective To explore the effects of simple clinical scoring (SCS) applied in the emergency triage, so as to reduce the time for emergency triage and transferring level I extremely severe patients to the rescue room and raise nurses'' satisfaction rate.Methods By comparing the traditional pre-examination method used in the control group and the SCS method used in the experimental group, the time for pre-examination and triage, time for transferring level I extremely severe patients to the rescue room and nurses'' satisfaction rate of the two groups were evaluated.Results The experimental group showed better results than the traditional group in the time and the satisfaction rate.There is a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SCS in the emergency pre-examination and triage can not only reduce the time for pre-examination and triage, time for transferring level I extremely severe patients to the rescue room and but also improve the nurses'' satisfaction.Therefore, it is worth to be popularized in clinical training.
