Effect and Afterthought of Base Training by Medical Rescue Teams for CBRN Defense

Objective To study the effect of base training undertaken by medical rescue teams for CBRN defense and to provide reference for standardized training.Methods The organizational characteristics,existing problems,lessons from the base training of medical rescue teams for CBRN defense were retrospectively analyzed.Results ross-region and long-distance missons undertaken by the whole medical rescue team in real outfits improved the ability to give command and coordinate.The training level was upgraded by expert lectures and demonstrations.The medical rescue process was standardized by desktop deduction and exercises with real soldiers.The overall quality of team members was enhanced by complete training involving all the staff.The collective sense of honor was enhanced and morale of officers and soldiers was boosted by competitive training.Conclusion The overall level of medical rescue teams can be upgraded by standardization and war-oriented training.
