| 摘 要： | 为实现卫计委建设医疗区域诊疗中心,逐步实现分级医疗和双向转诊的公立医院改革要求,通过远程托管医联体的建设实现新疆医科大学第一附属医院和克拉玛依中心医院的共同进步.分析总结远程科室托管医联体建立两年后,远程托管模式的优缺点及实际工作中出现的问题,并探索一套行之有效的解决办法.

| Abstract: | To realize the construction of regional medical center guided by the Ministry of Health, to gradually meet the requirement of the reform of public hospital in classification of medical treatment and two-way referral, to achieve the bilateral development of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and the Karamay Central Hospital through the construction of health alliance system based on remote trusteeship mode, this paper analyzes the pros and cons of the remote trusteeship mode, the problems existing in the practical work since its establishment in 2015, and explores a set of effective solutions. |
