品管圈活动在降低消毒供应中心器械返洗率中的应用效果

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低消毒供应中心器械返洗率中的应用效果。方法我院2016年5月在消毒供应中心实施QCC管理模式,比较QCC模式实施前后消毒供应中心中手术器械返洗率、手术器械不良事件发生率、器械灭菌合格率及手术患者院内感染发生率。结果实施QCC活动后其消毒供应中心器械返洗率及不良事件发生率较活动均明显降低(P0.05),进步率为77.52%。QCC活动后其器械灭菌合格率明显高于活动前,手术患者院内感染率明显低于活动前(P0.05)。结论 QCC活动可降低器械返洗率、不良事件发生率及同期实施手术患者院内感染率,节约成本。

The Role of Quality Control Circle Activities in Reducing the Equipment Backwashing Rate of Sterilization Supply Center

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities in reducing the rate of equipment backwashing at a disinfection supply center.Methods In May 2016,QCC management began to be implemented at the Disinfection Supply Center.The incidence of adverse events,eligible sterilization rate and the incidence of nosocomial infection in surgical patients before and after the implementation of this mode of management were compared.Results The rate of backwashing and that of adverse events were significantly lower at this center after the implementation of QCC (P＜0.05) and the progress rate was 77.52％.The qualified rate of sterilization after the implementation of QCC was significantly increased while the nosocomial infection rate in surgical patients was reduced (P＜0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can not only reduce the rate of equipment backwashing,the incidence of adverse events and the nosocomial infection rate in the same period,but also save manpower,materials and financial resources.
