医学生自我概念与心理健康的相关性研究

目的:了解医学生自我概念与心理健康之间的关系,以探讨改善医学生心理健康状况的途径。方法:采用自我概念测验表(SCT)与心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)对458名医学本科生进行测试。结果:不同心理健康水平的医学生自我概念水平不同(t值在2.833~4.730之间,P均<0.01);自我概念与心理健康水平呈正相关(相关系数r在0.129~0.0.451之间,P均<0.01);对SCL-90各因子都有影响的是个人自我。结论:心理健康教育可帮助医学生客观地认识自我,培养积极的自我概念有利于提高学生心理健康水平。

RESEARCH ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF-CONCEPT AND MENTAL HEALTH OF MEDICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS

Objective:To examine the relationship between medical college students self-concept and mental health,and discuss the way to improve their mental health condition.Methods:The self- concept form (SCT)was adopted to test that of 458 medical undergraduates and the form (SCL-90 ) of the commenting amount with the psychological symptom.Results:The self-concept level of different psychological health level grows was different(t between 2.833 and 4.730,P<0.01); Self-concept and psychological health level present positive correlation(correlation coefficient between 0.129 and 0.451,P<0.01); An influential one was personal oneself to SCL-90 every factor.Conclusion:To help medical science to give birth to and know oneself objectively at the time of the psychological health education, train the positive self-concept to improve students psychological health level.
