摘    要:<正> 临床上使用川芎嗪治疗缺血性脑血管病已收到了较好的疗效。我院神经科应用该药治疗急性缺血性脑血管病也获得了较好的效果。许多资料表明,缺血性脑血管病病人的血液流变性有所变化,血小板功能亦有改变。为了了解川芎嗪治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的疗效是否与改善血液流变性和影响血小板功能有关,我们对25例急性脑血栓形成的病人,在治疗前、治疗中第八天和疗程结束后第二天(下称治疗前、中、后),


EFFECTS OF LIGUSTRAZINE ON HEMORHEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND ADP-INDUCED PLATELET AGGREGATION OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL THROMBOSIS
Abstract:Six hemorheological tests,namely hematocrit,viscosity of whole blood and plasma,erythrocyte and platelet electrophoretic time,fibrinogen concen- tration,the test of an ADP-induced platelet electrophoretic migration slowdown have been studied among 25 cases of acute cerebral thrombosis before,during and after the treatment with Ligustrazine preparation,while 70 normal cases as control. In the patient group,all the average values of these six tests were sig- nificantly increased in comparing with the control,and the average value of percentages of platelet electrophoretic migration slowdown induced by ADP was much higher than that of the control.Abnormal hemorheological charac- teristics have been observed in 80 per cent of the patients and it was found that the percentage of platelet electrophoretic migration slowdown induced by ADP went beyond the normal range in 68 per cent of these cases. After intravenous infusion of Ligustrazine solution in the patients,we discovered that in the majority of the cases,the viscosity of whole blood and plasma decreased,the electrophoresis of erythrocytes and platelets ac- celerated,the percentage of platelet electrophoretic migration slowdown induced by ADP fell to normal range and clinical conditions simultaneously improved. The aforementioned results indicate that this drug may decrease blood viscosity,increase surface charge of erythrocytes and platelets,depress platelet sensibility to ADP and inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP.
