| 摘 要： | 目的为不愿接受手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症病人寻找一套适宜的保守治疗方案。方法２５６例病人，诊断明确，采用卧硬板床、骨盆牵引、旋转复位、椎旁神经根阻滞、硬膜外阻滞、理疗、按摩。结果２５６例病人均取得较好的结果。结论本方法经济、无痛苦、易被病人接受。

| Abstract: | Purpose:Thewriters seek a set of suitable synthetic pl8n for prolapsed lumbar inter-vertebral disc patients who refuse operation. method:256 patients,diagnosis certain were treaed with the plan,it ineluded pelvie traction,totating reduction pararertebral nerve root block,epidural block.physioterapy massage etc. Result:The result of plan was good.Conclusion:The plan is eco-nomical,painless,easy acceptable. |
