| 摘 要： | 目的 对糖耐量降低(IGT)患者予以分析,探讨血脂代谢紊乱与C反应蛋白(CRP)的关系.方法 选择2002年1月～2007年6月社区卫生服务中心IGT患者108例,与正常者112例进行对照,对两组间C反应蛋白(CRP)的值进行对比分析.探讨IGT患者甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-TC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL)、体重指数(BMI)的值,找出以上数值异常时与CRP的关系.结果 IGT组中CRP值增高,与对照组比较有显著性差异,与TG、LDL、BMI的增高呈正相关性.与HDL的降低呈正相关性.结论 提示IGT时已存在相关炎症反应,此种炎症反应与血脂代谢紊乱有关.
