摘    要:随着医学模式的转变以及患者维权意识的增强,临床医学教育中产生了许多新的伦理学冲突与困惑,临床实践教学资源短缺已成为制约医学教育发展和影响医学人才培养的瓶颈。本文分析了临床医学教育的特点和现状,指出发展医学模拟教育,加强人文社会医学课程教学,制定实习阶段法律细则等举措,对于构建法理兼容的和谐临床培训环境具有重大现实意义。

Abstract:With the transformation of medical pattern and patients' enhanced awareness of right protection,many new ethical conflicts and confusion have occurred in clinical medical education,and shortage of clinical practice teaching resources has become a factor retraining the development of medical education and affecting medical personnel training.This article analyzes the characteristics and current status of clinical medicine education,and points out that it is of great practical significance to develop medical simulation education,strengthen teaching of humanities and social medicine courses,and making legal rules for clinical practice phase for creating a harmonious training environment integrating theory of law.
